Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our professional healthcare operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a medical support professional who can deliver chairside precision for management and dental unit performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing treatment room setups, maintaining rigid instrument sterilization logs, managing clinical inventory lists, archiving patient dental history matrices, and executing precise infection control workflows.   • Manage comprehensive dental operatory preparation, procedural setups, and diagnostic material stages to meet management and clinical treatment protocols.
  • Support sterilization integrity in Dubai, executing autoclave monitoring cycles, chemical disinfecting stages, and tool packaging controls with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department, clinical laboratory networks, and dental specialists to facilitate professional organizational coordination of patient records and appointment streams.
  • Provide comprehensive post-treatment instruction outlines to patients, track medical material consumption baselines, and execute strict sanitation audits.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology healthcare platforms to register patient documentation, archive clinical consent tracks, and streamline dental scheduling flows.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Dental Assisting or a related healthcare support discipline is required.
  • A valid DHA License or an official DHA Eligibility Letter is mandatory for clinical practice.
  • A minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience as a Dental Assistant within an active clinical environment is required.
  • Strong background in management of operatory fluid-dynamics, chemical hygiene protocols, and dental tray architectures.
