Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and expert Public Relations Officer (PRO) to lead our daily government liaison activities, corporate ministry transactions, and legal documentation monitoring tracks in Dubai. This active operational role demands absolute entry visa control, precise corporate license documentation, and immediate labor issue resolution to guarantee total operational compliance for company management evaluation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all government-related transactions, commercial approvals, and official municipal documentation processes.
  • Handle employee visa processing tracks, including labor quotas, cards, medical exams, and Emirates ID applications.
  • Coordinate directly with UAE government authorities, including MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Tourism (DET), and local municipalities.
  • Process company commercial license renewals, trade certificates, and ensure full alignment with updated UAE business laws.
  • Ensure absolute structural compliance across all hotel divisions with local immigration rules and labor regulations.
  • Maintain highly secure, up-to-date digital registries of staff passports, visas, permits, and official correspondence.
  • Support the internal hotel onboarding teams with employee visa renewals, civil clearances, and statutory documentation requirements.
  • Prepare and submit official corporate applications through online governmental gateways in an accurate, timely manner.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience working as a corporate PRO within the UAE is required.
  • Prior experience handling government relations within the hospitality or hotel sector is strictly mandatory.
  • Deep functional knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA, Emirates ID procedures, visa tracks, and UAE labor law frameworks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a major operational advantage).
  • Proven capability to handle multiple urgent government clearance tasks efficiently under tight seasonal timelines.
  • Possession of a valid UAE Driving License and independent vehicle availability is considered a valuable asset.
  • Practical background in education regarding local employment guidelines, trade compliance setups, residency rules, and data management procedures.
  • Candidate must be ready for immediate professional placement within the organization.
