Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and highly organized Receptionist to drive daily front desk operations, calendar systems, and event inquiries tracking tracks at our Abu Dhabi center. This active consumer-facing role demands total reception lounge presentation control, precise booking file documentation, and immediate visitor concern resolution to guarantee excellent guest satisfaction for branch management evaluation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming telephonic inquiries professionally and route inbound calls to the appropriate internal departments.
  • Welcome center visitors, families, and corporate groups warmly, addressing all general inquiries in an enthusiastic manner.
  • Manage calendar schedules for private birthday celebrations and coordinate pipeline inquiries for school excursions.
  • Execute routine digital data entry tasks, file sorting routines, and general office administration support.
  • Maintain the physical reception, check-in stations, and public waiting structures to complete corporate presentation guidelines.
  • Deliver high-quality hospitality care, ensuring a secure and welcoming visitor experience track for all guests.
  • Utilize standard Microsoft Office workflows to organize records, draft basic summaries, and complete internal emails.
  • Coordinate across floor safety Marshals and entertainment center leadership to ensure smooth daily facility workflows.

🔹 Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven professional experience working inside the entertainment, amusement park, or hospitality sector is required.
  • High level of technical proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook email platforms).
  • Strong verbal and written English communication abilities; an open, energetic, and highly interactive interpersonal presence.
  • Proven capability to stay completely calm, patient, and highly detail-oriented during busy, high-volume weekend rush periods.
  • Excellent personal presentation, time management skills, and the spatial capability to coordinate front desk traffic loops.
  • Practical background in education regarding hospitality etiquette rules, customer lifecycle records, billing entries, and operational center management templates.
