Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, target-oriented, and articulate Customer Service Representative to manage daily shipment pipelines, multi-channel client communications, and delivery transit remediation tracking tracks at our corporate facility in JAFZA, Dubai. This central pipeline role demands complete lifecycle control over client interaction logs, precise freight documentation file controls, and immediate clearance bottleneck resolution to guarantee flawless supply chain velocity for executive corporate management evaluation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming client interactions through telephone, email networks, and digital chat channels, validating shipment delivery tracking updates.
  • Provide precise, transparent transit resolutions and calculated routing updates to secure high client retention metrics.
  • Liaise directly with internal customs clearance departments, warehouse controllers, and international freight partners to streamline shipment flow.
  • Process system cargo bookings, organize freight manifests, and update cargo status fields within enterprise resource platforms.
  • Prepare, audit, and archive accurate customs declarations, certificates of origin, and bill of lading documentation portfolios.
  • Navigate customer delivery complaints proactively, engineering root-cause resolutions and maintaining persistent tracking follow-ups.
  • Uphold corporate service level agreements, free-zone operational guidelines, and maritime safety compliance benchmarks.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of verified professional experience navigating customer service pipelines specifically within a freight forwarding setup.
  • Deep structural understanding of international shipping protocols, global transport modes, and Incoterms parameters.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, with an emphasis on professional email formatting and cross-cultural phone control.
  • Familiarity navigating modern logistics operating platforms, shipping line booking portals, and Microsoft Excel data sheets.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work fluidly under tight customs deadlines, prioritize delivery bottlenecks, and manage complex documentation.
  • Practical background in basic education regarding freight calculation models, transit margin parameters, and logistics workflow management methodologies.
