- Guide individual consumer accounts through detailed multi-destination travel planning, custom itinerary assembly, flight reservations, and global hospitality inquiries.
- Promote and sell targeted leisure tour packages, international holiday solutions, visa facilitation protocols, and localized transit amenities aggressively.
- Cultivate, advance, and govern strong personal connections with retail buyers, ensuring white-glove service standards throughout the client lifecycle.
- Meet and exceed strictly defined personal monthly gross sales targets and branch volume conversion benchmarks consistently.
- Liaise continuously with corporate destination management supervisors, airline ticketing desks, and wholesale hospitality partners to optimize transit flows.
- Navigate customer itinerary changes, booking adjustments, and consumer complaints with complete professional diplomacy and swift remediation tracking.
- Maintain highly updated technical knowledge regarding global visa entries, seasonal destination trends, flight tariffs, and exclusive promotional networks.
- Drive a highly cooperative, target-focused, and disciplined workspace, sharing market insights to continuously eliminate pipeline leaks.
- Fulfill specialized leadership mandates (for designated Team Leader tracks), regulating junior consultant performance, agent tracking, and branch volume metrics.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of verified, high-performing professional experience operating inside a travel agency setup, airline reservation desk, or hospitality sales hub.
- Deep structural understanding of global holiday package architectures, flight tariff construction, reservation pipelines, and localized tourism rules.
- Advanced presentation capabilities paired with expert-level verbal and written communication command over the English language; additional language assets are highly valued.
- Demonstrated capacity to operate seamlessly under strict target metrics, manage customer volume spikes, and process secure global bookings.
- Meticulous organizational capacities paired with absolute data hygiene when updating customer profiles within agency CRM tools.
