Job Description:

  • Build, optimize, and maintain high-value, long-term commercial relationships with active traders and principal corporate key accounts.

  • Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales targets consistently, driving profitable net margin contributions to fulfill company revenue expectations.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Possession of a minimum of 1 year of verified professional experience operating within active sales, trading, or business development pipelines inside the United Arab Emirates is strictly mandatory.
  • Solid academic foundation through a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Commerce, Sales Engineering, or a closely related commercial track.
  • Deep structural understanding of retail and wholesale distribution workflows, commercial negotiation systems, lead tracking loops, and modern account handling methods.
  • Advanced software capability utilizing modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases, automated inventory tracking tools, and corporate Microsoft Office communication suites.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation capabilities paired with professional verbal and written communication command over the English language to lock down corporate contracts.
  • Possession of a valid United Arab Emirates driving license is highly preferred to ensure independent mobility across regional distributor accounts.
