Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptionally precise, strategy-driven, and highly analytical Joinery Draftsman to manage daily schematic pipelines, advanced furniture shop drawing workflows, and production remediation tracking tracks at our corporate design facility in Abu Dhabi. - Coordinate dynamically with internal project design squads, factory fabrication managers, and site teams to ensure total structural accuracy.
- Ensure all technical submittals and workshop layouts match rigorous engineering drawing standards, material safety codes, and quality specifications.
- Maintain intense attention to detail and structural accuracy while working under rigid architectural and construction site deadlines.
- Support smooth, friction-free data and blueprint workflows between creative design offices and industrial manufacturing plant floors.
- Generate precise wood and hardware material breakdowns, assembly details, and installation cutting lists to eliminate material waste.

- Proven professional background navigating custom joinery detailing, architectural fit-out drafting, and industrial furniture production layouts.
- Solid academic foundation through a relevant degree, technical diploma, or certified specialization in Architectural Drafting, Interior Architecture, or Wood Science.
- Expert software proficiency utilizing AutoCAD (2D/3D models) is strictly mandatory, along with a deep practical understanding of joinery connection details.
- Comprehensive knowledge of spatial planning, furniture assembly methodology, wood material performance variables, and standard interior fit-out construction lines.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder communication capabilities paired with professional verbal and written command over the English language to prevent site errors.
