Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Team Leader (Telecom Sales) to manage field operations and guide our customer acquisition teams in Dubai. Operating out of our Oud Metha offices, this full-time role focuses on supervising daily field distributions, driving team conversion metrics, and running promotional campaigns under our centralized operational management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor an active telecom field sales team to reach daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets.
  • Monitor individual agent productivity tracks, run performance reviews, and implement strategies to lift conversion metrics.
  • Conduct regular live monitoring, field assistance, and route support for out-of-office sales operations.
  • Ensure precise delivery of consumer telecom campaigns, including active e& (Etisalat) and du business solutions promotions.
  • Track collective sales volumes, compile detailed pipeline conversion records, and present progress metrics to corporate directors.
  • Address consumer escalations, coordinate quick resolutions for field-related system blocks, and maintain team field discipline.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of mandatory, successful professional sales experience inside the UAE telecommunications sector.
  • Prior experience leading or handling sales accounts for e& (Etisalat) or du consumer campaigns is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of supervising field teams under strict target pipelines.
  • Excellent verbal communication, field training, and cross-functional interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, energetic mindset with a practical understanding of local consumer demographics and direct sales techniques.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, professional diploma, or equivalent commercial certification is preferred.
