Job Description:
We are executing a strategic technical appointment within our compliance delivery division and are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior QA/QC Engineer – Electrical to govern multi-site engineering inspection pipelines and direct electrical grid safety pathways in Dubai. Built for visionary electrical engineers who possess an extensive background in auditing complex power infrastructures and excel at tracking systematic verification protocols, this full-time role focuses on accelerating project handover speeds, auditing engineering variance logs, and maximizing absolute system safety parameters under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all on-site electrical installations, containment lines, and heavy power distribution works comply completely with approved shop drawings and project quality blueprints.
- Conduct thorough physical site inspections and coordinate professionally with third-party consultants, independent clients, and subcontractor engineering teams regarding quality assurance matters.
- Review, verify, and maintain high-fidelity digital QA/QC records, formal Work Inspection Requests (WIR), and field testing reports.
- Monitor daily MEP construction activities to enforce strict alignment with established corporate quality plans and international electrical standards.
- Identify structural engineering non-conformities, issue formal Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and direct the immediate execution of preventive actions.
- Support comprehensive electrical testing, subsystem insulation checks, and final equipment commissioning activities across all construction phases.
- Assist site execution teams in meeting targeted production schedules while preserving uncompromised engineering quality for final client handover.
- Participate proactively in internal quality management audits and lead continuous technical system optimization reviews.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited academic institution.
- A minimum of 8 to 12 years of verified professional QA/QC engineering experience operating directly within MEP and high-rise building construction projects.
- Proven track record managing quality compliance loops for large-scale developments, including prestigious residential towers, commercial complexes, and mixed-use real estate systems.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying inspection testing plans (ITP), material submittal matrices, and quality trackers inside Microsoft Excel and engineering documentation portals.
- Deep, comprehensive technical knowledge across the following electrical engineering fields:
- International electrical installation standards, DEWA/local utility regulations, and building safety codes.
- Inspection and Testing Procedures (ITP), method statements, and comprehensive project quality assurance planning.
- NCR management, root cause analysis testing, and systematic engineering corrective action tracking.
- Internal quality auditing routines, material testing parameters, and electrical subsystem commissioning loops.
- Outstanding team leadership traits, sharp technical analytical abilities, exceptional attention to design detail, and data-driven problem-solving habits under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills paired with the capacity to coordinate quality benchmarks seamlessly across multi-disciplinary project units.
