Job Description:

Available Tracks:

  • Treasury Analyst: Governing liquidity management architectures, cash positioning, and multi-currency bank relations.
  • Credit Controller: Directing customer credit risk profiling, collection cycles, and aging ledger optimization tracks.
  • Accounts Administrator: Handling transactional invoicing records, sub-ledger entries, and operational voucher indexing.
  • Senior Accountant: Governing general ledger closing cycles, consolidated trial balances, and statutory compliance reviews.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily corporate financial transactions, sub-ledger bookkeeping balances, and role-specific operations systematically.
  • Support the preparation of annual operational budgets, rolling cash forecasts, and multi-department financial planning activities.
  • Handle multi-bank balance reconciliations, structured corporate reporting, and advanced financial trend data analysis.
  • Monitor corporate credit control processes, assessing aging receivables balances and ensuring timely collections tracks.
  • Assist in specialized treasury operations, optimizing working capital thresholds and monitoring day-to-day cash movements.
  • Maintain highly accurate physical and digital accounting documentation, aligning records with rigid internal compliance rules.
  • Collaborate efficiently across diverse business units and commercial divisions to streamline cross-department financial coordination.
  • Support general month-end and year-end ledger closing procedures, providing clean audit logs to internal and external inspectors.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from a fully accredited academic institution is preferred.
  • Proven, high-performance professional history operating an operational accounting desk, running credit control trackers, or managing corporate financial ledgers, with distinct priority consideration provided to candidates demonstrating deep automotive dealership experience or a Big 4 accounting firm background.
  • Advanced digital workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities deploying professional enterprise resource planning applications and configuring numerical data summaries inside Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Financial reporting and accounting principles, dual-entry posting logic, balance sheet maintenance, and trial balance validation rules.
    • Treasury and cash management frameworks, liquidity optimization, fund flow mechanics, and bank reconciliation processes.
    • Credit control and receivables management, aging ledger analysis, provision modeling, and transactional dispute resolution tracks.
    • Budgeting and forecasting systems, financial variance calculations, trend forecasting models, and cost center allocation logic.
    • ERP systems and specialized financial software applications, modular database configurations, and integrated accounting reporting paths.
    • Internal controls and corporate compliance procedures, document lifecycle archiving, and secure structural audit trails.
