Job Description:
Combuzz HR Solutions is looking for a Junior PRO Typist to join its growing team in Dubai Silicon Oasis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with UAE experience in visa processing who are passionate about supporting businesses with HR, immigration, and workforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UAE government portals, strong documentation skills, and the ability to manage visa-related processes efficiently. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time role, which follows a five-day workweek from Monday to Friday.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Process UAE visa applications and related government documentation accurately.
- Handle immigration and PRO-related administrative tasks.
- Manage applications through relevant UAE government portals.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation while maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Support HR and immigration operations with accurate record management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of employee documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- UAE experience in visa processing.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Arabic (Reading, Writing & Typing).
- Ability to manage documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of MOHRE Portal, GDRFA Portal, ICP Portal, Tasheel, and Amer.
