The entire process is done through the official DLIMS 2.0 website, which allows you to apply and pay from home, and then print the digital Learner License once approved.
1. Create Your Account
- Go to the official DLIMS website:
https://dlims.punjab.gov.pk/login
- Click on the “Create Account” or “Register” option.
- Register yourself by providing your name, CNIC, and other required details. Create and securely remember a strong password.
2. Start the Application
- After logging in, find and click the “License” button or option.
- Select “Apply for New Learner” from the subsequent menu.
3. Fill Out Personal & License Details
- Complete the “Citizen Profile” section by accurately entering your personal details (CNIC, Name, Father/Husband name, Date of Birth, etc.).
