🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage end-to-end finance operations, including daily bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate preparation and filing of UAE VAT returns in accordance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) guidelines.
  • General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger to ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date.
  • Software Management: Use QuickBooks to record transactions, generate financial reports, and monitor project-specific costs.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and supplier reconciliations to maintain balance sheet integrity.
  • Audit Support: Organize financial documentation and support the internal/external audit processes.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–3 years of relevant Gulf accounting experience (candidates with 1–1.5 years may also be considered).
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and General Ledger processes.
  • Software Skills: Proven proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software is essential.
  • Sponsorship: Preference will be given to candidates who are husband-sponsored or self-sponsored.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Nationalities: Open to all nationalities.
