Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-focused Accountant to drive daily transactional entries, bank ledger balances, and monthly fiscal reconciliation tracking tracks at our corporate center in Dubai. This active financial role demands complete lifecycle control over invoicing pipelines, precise balance sheet file documentation, and immediate account discrepancy resolution to guarantee accurate financial statements for corporate management evaluation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee comprehensive daily accounting operations, bookkeeping workflows, and corporate cash flow transactions.
- Execute high-volume Accounts Payable (AP) distributions and Accounts Receivable (AR) collections cycles efficiently.
- Maintain, adjust, and govern the integrity of corporate General Ledger (GL) archives with zero tolerance for calculation errors.
- Perform systematic, regular bank statement reconciliations and resolve operational ledger discrepancies proactively.
- Prepare detailed corporate invoices, oversee client billing operations, and guarantee timely collection processing loops.
- Maintain highly secure, structured financial file archives and strict administrative compliance records for auditing preparation.
- Assist senior financial analysts with monthly closing activities, variance reports, and internal fiscal data presentations.
- Support the broader corporate finance team in upholding regional accounting standards, corporate parameters, and statutory rules.

- Strong functional understanding of core double-entry accounting principles, statutory audit practices, and modern financial reporting frameworks.
- Prior professional experience or deep conceptual knowledge regarding commercial Accounts Receivable (AR) processing loops is required.
- Good awareness of regional corporate tax compliance rules, VAT requirements, and standard commercial financial regulations.
- High level of proficiency utilizing specialized accounting software programs, data analytics tools, and automated spreadsheet models.
- Excellent organizational time management, rigorous attention to mathematical detail, and structured analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Possession of professional credentials or ongoing enrollment in certifications like M.Com, CMA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification is a distinct competitive advantage.
