Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-focused Accountant to manage our day-to-day general ledger workflows and project bookkeeping lines in Dubai. Operating within our active manufacturing finance division, this full-time role focuses on handling accounts balancing, processing tax documentation, and overseeing ledger audits under our centralized corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain highly accurate corporate financial records and update daily bookkeeping entries.
- Handle full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions across supplier accounts.
- Prepare and process commercial invoices, expense vouchers, and bank payment documentation.
- Assist with systemic VAT filing configurations, compiling VAT return sheets, and direct portal submission processes.
- Ensure absolute alignment with UAE VAT laws, tax administration codes, and standard accounting principles.
- Reconcile bank statements, corporate ledger accounts, and internal inventory journals regularly.
- Support month-end closing activities, cost tracking sheets, and routine fiscal reporting templates for the finance head.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent commercial specialization.
- Minimum 2 years of solid professional accounting experience working inside the United Arab Emirates.
- Strong practical knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, corporate tax compliance frameworks, and portal submissions.
- Proficiency navigating industry-standard accounting software and structuring complex data layouts in MS Excel.
- Excellent numerical analytical capacity with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing team.
