Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous physical and digital financial records in accordance with UAE accounting standards.
- Tally Operations: Utilize Tally for daily data entry, ledger maintenance, and generating periodic financial statements.
- Financial Management: Support overall financial activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and petty cash management.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure high-level accuracy in all accounting tasks to support reliable financial reporting and decision-making.
- Independent Workflow: Manage day-to-day accounting responsibilities efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Compliance: Support the organization in adhering to local regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory for this position.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience specifically within the UAE.
- Software Skills: Strong working knowledge of Tally and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Location: Candidates must be currently available in Dubai for in-person assessment.
- Availability: Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
- Attributes: High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
