🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Month-End Governance: Execute precise month-end accounting entries and perform rigorous bank statement reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
• Transactional Oversight: Lead both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities, providing administrative support for all transaction processing.
• Audit Preparation: Assist in the comprehensive preparation for annual audits, ensuring all documentation is organized and compliant.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Proactively investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and any internal compliance-related issues.
• Foreign Exchange Management: Handle complex transactions involving multiple foreign currencies with a high degree of accuracy and attention to exchange rates.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work respectfully and effectively with internal teams to maintain smooth day-to-day financial operations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Qualifications: Must hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Regional Tenure: Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience within the United Arab Emirates.
• Financial Skills: Proven ability to manage multi-currency accounts and complex reconciliations.
• Leadership Attributes: Strong organizational and leadership skills with a customer-focused approach to management.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and reporting.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a proactive and respectful team player.
