🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare complete and accurate financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Ledger Management: Maintain and manage the General Ledger, ensuring all transactions are categorized correctly and reconciliations are performed timely.
  • AP/AR Operations: Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records and identify discrepancies.
  • VAT Compliance: Manage UAE VAT calculations, documentation, and filing, ensuring full adherence to FTA regulations.
  • Analytical Oversight: Monitor financial performance metrics and provide detailed reports to management to support decision-making.

🔹 Requirements:

  • UAE Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven accounting experience specifically within the United Arab Emirates.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE financial regulations and mandatory VAT compliance requirements.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data with high attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern accounting software/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Efficiency: Proven ability to manage multiple accounting tasks simultaneously and meet strict monthly reporting deadlines.
