Accountant – Dubai, UAE | Kahraman Agro DMCC

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Maintenance: Manage and update the general ledger, ensuring all daily accounting transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reporting Excellence: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, schedules, and management reports to support executive decision-making.
• Audit & Compliance: Ensure all accounting practices align with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local UAE regulations.
• Reconciliation Management: Perform regular bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Operational Support: Support the finance team in managing accounts payable, receivable, and petty cash operations.
• Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to analyze financial data and contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience specifically within the Dubai market.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with accounting software (ERP) and expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical Depth: Solid knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting practices, and analytical procedures.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to function effectively in a team environment.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining financial integrity.
