Job Description:
We are actively seeking a meticulous and dependable Accountant to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our financial framework, requiring a professional who can manage daily accounting activities and support financial operations for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing payables and receivables, and assisting with VAT filings. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Compliance Requirements and exceptional organizational abilities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare detailed financial reports across our Dubai operations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently to meet management and cash flow standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and internal departments regarding general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and payroll documentation.
- Assist with VAT filing and ensure proper documentation for compliance with UAE regulations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and accounting software for month-end and year-end closing procedures.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant academic discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience within the UAE accounting sector.
- Strong background in management of financial reporting, general ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE VAT regulations and reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
- Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
