Accountant – Dubai, UAE | Paragon Group

About the Role:

Paragon Group is seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join their finance team in Dubai immediately. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of managing end-to-end bookkeeping and ensuring regulatory compliance in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate ledgers and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, manage petty cash, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and assist with month-end close.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare VAT filings as required.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and basic financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, WPS, payroll processes, and financial reporting standards in the UAE.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or MS Excel.
• Nationality: Pakistani preferable.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
