Job Description:

The Accountant will supervise day-to-day transaction ledgers, maintain robust commercial billing pathways, and organize comprehensive audit files. Operating in a fast-paced luxury event-planning environment, this professional will analyze cash flows, compile local VAT declarations, and resolve multi-party reconciliations to keep company operations economically sound.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
  • Prepare and manage VAT reports in compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Process payments and maintain supporting financial documentation.
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare financial reports and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Maintain timely and organized accounting documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional accounting experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel operations.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and administrative bookkeeping.
  • Hands-on experience processing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and local VAT submissions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting strict financial deadlines.
