🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and record daily corporate financial transactions, ensuring absolute data integrity within general accounting books.
- Prepare structured bookkeeping records, balance transaction sheets, and assist in compiling accurate monthly financial reports.
- Process high-volume journal entries, accounts payable inputs, and account receivable modifications using Tally ERP software.
- Support comprehensive VAT-related documentation pipelines, tax calculation summaries, and ongoing financial compliance tracking.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal fleet management, machinery leasing desks, and yard logistics departments to collect billing data.
- Reconcile vendor statements, balance client transaction folders, and investigate ledger variations to protect cash flow trails.
- Audit equipment operational cost logs, mapping fuel allocations, maintenance expenses, and rental income files into clear summaries.
- Organize and index physical and digital financial records to maintain a clear audit history for senior executives.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent financial qualification) from an accredited academic institution, establishing a firm conceptual understanding of double-entry ledger systems, cost tracking parameters, and commercial calculations.
- A minimum of 2 years of verified, high-performance professional history operating an accounting desk or managing financial books inside the UAE, demonstrating highly preferred experience handling transport logistics, mobile crane rental tracking, or auto machinery dealership operations. Practical experience with Tally ERP frameworks is strictly mandatory to support immediate workspace execution in Sharjah.
- Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities generating complex mathematical tables, tracking financial metrics, and sorting resource logs inside Microsoft Excel databases.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
