Accountant – UAQ, UAE | Ard Perfumes (Odoo ERP/UAE Driving License Required)

About the Role:

Ard Perfumes is hiring an experienced Accountant to join a growing perfume business in UAQ (Umm Al Quwain). The ideal candidate will bring solid hands-on experience in sales accounting, cash collection, and both accounts receivable and payable processes, preferably with exposure to the fragrance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

The Accountant will manage accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Core duties include posting and reconciling general ledger entries, supporting month-end closing, and overseeing cash collection activities to ensure receivables are collected on time. You will also handle specialized sales accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities & Profile:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows.
• Oversee cash collection activities and follow up with customers on receivables.
• Handle sales accounting tasks, reconciling sales records with collections and stock movement.
• Post and reconcile general ledger entries and support month-end closing tasks.
• Maintain accurate financial records and coordinate with other departments.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience (exposure to the perfume/retail industry is a plus).
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Candidates with practical experience using Odoo ERP will be preferred.
• Estimated Qualification like Bachelor Degree holder.
• Must be based in UAQ or willing to relocate to UAQ.
