Job Description:

The Accounts Manager will lead financial operations, manage shipping cost settlements, oversee billing and collections, and drive profitability reporting across logistics projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company’s accounting and finance operations.
• Oversee shipment costing, billing, collections, and financial settlements.
• Monitor profitability and prepare financial performance reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Support management by providing financial analysis and operational insights.

🔹 Requirements:

• 4–6 years of UAE accounting and finance experience.
• Previous experience in NVOCC, shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of shipment costing, billing, collections, settlements, and profitability analysis.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple financial responsibilities effectively.
