Job Description:

A reputable organization in Dubai is currently looking to hire a qualified and detail-focused Accounts Officer to join its Accounts & Finance Department. This role is ideal for candidates who are CA Inter–passed or MCOM qualified and are seeking to grow their career within a structured accounting environment. You will play a key role in managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial accuracy, and supporting management reporting functions. We are looking for an analytical professional who can ensure total compliance with internal policies while coordinating effectively with suppliers and clients. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate daily MIS reports for senior management review.
  • Record revenue invoices and post journal entries with precision within the accounting system.
  • Monitor, verify, and reconcile daily cash collections and bank-related transactions.
  • Perform weekly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Manage petty cash transactions, ensuring proper booking and regular reconciliation.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable activities, including supplier SOA verification and payment processing.
  • Liaise with Human Resources regarding payroll-related accounting and staff expense reimbursements.
  • Utilize Information Technology tools, specifically Tally Prime, to ensure financial data integrity.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce; CA / ICWA / CMA / MCOM (Inter level preferred).
  • Practical hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • High level of proficiency in Tally Prime and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong command of English and Hindi is required for effective coordination.
  • Prior experience within the UAE accounting environment is considered a significant advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple management reports under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
  • Organized and professional approach to handling confidential financial data.
