Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design and implement structured activity programs that align with the school’s educational objectives and student developmental needs.
- Event Management: Plan and execute a wide range of school-based events, from sports days and cultural festivals to academic competitions.
- Bilingual Coordination: Manage all internal and external communications in both Arabic and English to ensure full inclusivity for the school community.
- Student Engagement: Actively encourage student participation in extracurricular programs to enhance overall campus life.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling of facilities, resources, and staffing for all planned activities.
- Reporting: Maintain records of participation and provide feedback to school management on the effectiveness of activity programs.
🔹 Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in coordinating activities and events within an educational setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional diploma/certificate.
- Core Skills: Strong organizational abilities, creative problem-solving, and high-impact communication skills.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the UAE’s educational landscape and KHDA standards for extracurricular activities.
