- Oversee daily front-office operations, facility management activities, vendor relations, and workplace safety compliance parameters.
- Support localized Human Resources operations, managing staff onboarding files, employment tracking logs, and confidential database records.
- Draft polished, formal business emails, official corporate letters, executive declarations, and high-stakes internal correspondence.
