Job Description:

AMSA Healthcare is seeking a proactive and well-organized Admin Executive (Male) to join its team in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, requiring a professional who can handle multi-functional administrative tasks ranging from facility coordination to documentation support. You will be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating vehicle movements, and assisting with vendor contracts for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily office operations and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth facility management.
  • Manage pantry and stationery inventory while overseeing routine office inspections and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor fuel usage, coordinate vehicle servicing schedules, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems for internal audit and Human Resources reference.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding travel bookings, staff itineraries, and internal event support.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant certificate in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in administration or office coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Information Technology tools for documentation.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory for effective communication within our diverse team.
  • Professional background in education or training related to office management is a plus.
  • Must currently be based in the UAE and available for immediate or short-notice joining.
