🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Clerical Operations: Deliver comprehensive daily administrative support to ensure the office operates at peak efficiency.
- Data Management: Utilize MS Excel to develop and maintain complex reports, trackers, and data sheets for operational monitoring.
- Documentation: Manage the full lifecycle of official records and files, ensuring they are organized, secure, and easily retrievable.
- Correspondence: Coordinate internal and external communications by drafting professional emails and official memos.
- Workflow Optimization: Support smooth daily workflows by assisting with routine office tasks and providing cross-departmental administrative help.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of relevant administrative or corporate support experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong practical knowledge of MS Excel, specifically in creating trackers, formulas, and data reporting.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory for this position.
- Communication: Excellent drafting skills for professional emails and a confident, presentable personality for office coordination.
- Competencies: Exceptional file handling, record management, and attention to detail.
