Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Documentation: Prepare and manage essential sales documents, including quotations, proforma invoices, sales invoices, delivery notes, and packing slips.
- Payroll Support: Coordinate payroll-related records by accurately tracking staff attendance, calculating overtime, and managing leave and vacation schedules.
- Office Management: Oversee the procurement of office supplies and stationery while ensuring all office equipment is maintained and operational.
- Communication: Manage daily office correspondence, handle incoming professional emails, and direct phone communications efficiently.
- Record Keeping: Maintain a rigorous filing system for both physical and digital records to ensure high data retrieval efficiency.
- Workflow Coordination: Support internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and a professional office environment.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a dedicated administrative or office support role within the UAE.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and professional email communication tools.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational, filing, and meticulous documentation skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree holder, Diploma, or a relevant administrative certification.
- Soft Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize high-volume workloads, and operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with stakeholders effectively.
