Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Admin/Procurement Executive to join our team. This dual-function role is designed for a proactive individual capable of supporting daily office operations while assisting with essential supply chain tasks. Whether you have local experience or are a talented newcomer to the UAE market, this position offers a comprehensive platform to build a career in professional administration and vendor management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle core administrative functions to ensure smooth and professional daily office operations.
  • Assist with procurement activities, including product sourcing and initial vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate effectively between internal departments and external suppliers to meet business requirements.
  • Maintain highly accurate records and documentation for all administrative and purchasing tasks.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on orders and maintain clear communication channels across the organization.
  • Support the Human Resources team with basic office coordination and employee record updates.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and initiate replenishment as needed.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or a relevant professional certificate.
  • 1 year of UAE experience is preferred; however, freshers with relevant home-country experience are welcome to apply.
  • Basic foundational knowledge of professional administration and procurement processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred for this role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
