Job Description / Role
Available Roles & Key Responsibilities:
1. Admin Executive
- Office Coordination: Support daily administrative workflows, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Scheduling: Assist in coordinating internal meetings and maintaining organizational calendars.
2. Procurement Executive
- Sourcing Support: Assist the procurement team in researching vendors and collecting quotations.
- Order Tracking: Monitor delivery timelines and update internal inventory systems.
3. Front Desk Admin
- Guest Relations: Greet visitors with professionalism and ensure a high-standard welcome experience.
- Communication: Manage the central switchboard, handling inquiries and directing calls effectively.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree holder or Diploma in any professional field.
- Freshers Welcome: No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided to motivated candidates.
- Communication: Good verbal and written English communication skills are essential for all roles.
- Visa Status: Candidates currently on a visit visa or cancelled visa are highly encouraged to apply.
