About the Role:
Elex is seeking a reliable Admin Support professional to assist a Case Manager with daily operational tasks at their Al Rigga office in Dubai. This role involves keeping case files organized, preparing documents, and acting as a friendly first point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Case Manager with day-to-day administrative duties and scheduling.
- Prepare and format reports, letters, and documents using MS Office.
- Create simple visual or communication materials using Canva as required.
- Communicate with clients by phone and email, providing clear, professional customer service.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date case files and documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tagalog (mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Relevant administrative experience is preferred.
