Job Description:

Lariba Trading Company is currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our operational flow, requiring a highly organized professional with mandatory hands-on experience in DMCC-related processes, including portal usage, compliance documentation, and license renewals. You will be responsible for managing executive calendars, handling official correspondence, and ensuring that all regulatory filings are completed accurately and on time. We are looking for an individual who can balance multiple administrative tasks while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office correspondence, including emails, official letters, and courier coordination.
  • Maintain and organize complex physical and digital filing systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Manage DMCC portal activities, including license renewals, permit applications, and compliance submissions.
  • Schedule high-level appointments and manage executive calendars and travel logistics efficiently.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with external vendors for facility maintenance.
  • Support the Human Resources department with employee records, attendance logs, and leave tracking.
  • Assist with basic financial administration, including petty cash handling and tracking of invoices.
  • Utilize Information Technology tools to draft professional reports and digital presentations for review.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven administrative experience specifically within the Dubai market.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with DMCC processes and portal management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and specialized IT tools for database management.
  • Availability to work morning shifts on-site at our Dubai office location.
  • Professional background in education or corporate training coordination is an advantage.
