Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the engineering office.
- Communication & Scheduling: Oversee phone calls, emails, and executive calendars, including complex meeting coordination.
- Document Control: Maintain highly organized digital and physical filing systems for project reports and official correspondence.
- Supply Chain & Procurement: Monitor office inventory, manage procurement activities, and handle vendor follow-ups.
- HR & Logistics: Support HR tasks such as employee onboarding and attendance, alongside managing travel bookings and visa processing.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the CEO and senior management team with total discretion.
🔹 Requirements:
- Language Skills: Mandatory fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration or office management; UAE experience is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a professional, positive attitude.
- Ethics: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute professionalism.
