🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • General Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, ensuring the smooth flow of daily office operations.
  • Finance Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records and receipts.
  • Procurement Coordination: Manage office supplies and procurement documentation, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and inventory maintenance.
  • Document Control: Organize and archive critical business documents, handling sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of routine reports, summaries, and meeting minutes for the management team.
  • Operational Support: Coordinate schedules and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the structured work environment.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • Core Competencies: Solid background in general office administration and a basic understanding of financial processes.
  • Communication: Professional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to interact with diverse hospitality teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a general aptitude for learning administrative software.
