Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Student Relations: Warmly welcome and assist students, walk-in visitors, and potential leads with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Inquiry Management: Manage multi-channel communications, including incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp business inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and organize accurate student files, registration documents, and official institute records.
- Office Coordination: Perform essential data entry, class scheduling, and general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist with basic social media posting, tracking inquiries from digital campaigns, and executing WhatsApp/Email newsletters.
- Operational Flow: Ensure the reception area remains orderly and coordinates effectively with faculty and management for smooth institute operations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Experience: Prior experience in an administrative, front desk, or receptionist role is highly preferred.
- Digital Literacy: Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram/LinkedIn/Facebook) and proficiency in digital communication tools.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic training environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant Certificate holder.
- Software Skills: Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for data entry and documentation tasks.
