๐น Key Responsibilities:
- Admissions Journey Management: Lead the complete student enrolment cycle from initial enquiry and school tours to assessments and final registration.
- Parent Relationship Management: Serve as the primary, high-touch point of contact for prospective families, building long-term trust and community loyalty.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all admissions procedures, documentation, and student files are fully compliant with KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority) regulations.
- Community Outreach: Conduct professional school tours and represent the school at community events, open days, and educational fairs.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department to design and execute campaigns that drive high-quality leads and school awareness.
- Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records within the CRM system, providing regular reports on conversion rates and enrolment pipeline status.
๐น Requirements:
- Domain Experience: Prior experience in admissions or parent relations within a British Curriculum school (UAE experience is highly preferred).
- Startup Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced “pre-opening” or “start-up” school environment where multi-tasking and adaptability are key.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with a confident, service-oriented approach.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai educational regulatory frameworks and KHDA enrolment systems.
- Mobility: Must hold a valid UAE driving license for community outreach and off-site meetings.
- Education: Bachelorโs degree or relevant professional diploma in Business, Communication, or Education Management.
