Air Export Operations Executive – Dubai, UAE | Amigos Logistics LLC

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Operations: Manage day-to-day air export activities, ensuring shipments move from origin to destination without delay.
• System Management: Utilize Calogi and Skychain for booking, manifest entry, and digital air cargo processing.
• Documentation: Prepare and verify all air freight export documentation, including Air Waybills (AWB), packing lists, and commercial invoices.
• Carrier Coordination: Maintain constant communication with airlines to secure space, confirm rates, and follow up on shipment status.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the central point of contact between customers, internal sales teams, and ground handling agents.
• Data Entry: Perform high-speed, accurate data entry into logistics systems to maintain real-time tracking visibility.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of practical experience specifically in air export operations within Dubai.
• Technical Systems: Mandatory working knowledge of Calogi and Skychain platforms.
• Documentation Skills: Solid understanding of air export procedures, incoterms, and airline manifest requirements.
• Typing Speed: A touch-typing speed of approximately 45 words per minute is a strong advantage for rapid manifest processing.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for professional airline and client coordination.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant industry certifications are valued.
