Analyst – Compliance (RCA)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Compliance team in preparing detailed regulatory reports and data submissions for the Central Bank of the UAE.
- Support the coordination of regulatory inspections by collecting, validating, and organizing essential documentation.
- Monitor ongoing transaction alerts, sanctions screening outputs, and KYC documentation under senior supervision.
- Perform essential compliance checks related to Stored Value Facilities (SVF) requirements and internal controls.
- Escalate identified irregularities, control gaps, or compliance issues to the senior Management in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department to coordinate compliance awareness training across the organization.
- Utilize advanced Information Technology tools to maintain tracking logs and organized records of compliance testing.
- Contribute to drafting internal compliance summaries and policy review documents.
- Adhere to a 24×7 shift rotation to ensure continuous regulatory monitoring.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in compliance, risk management, or onboarding within a financial institution or exchange house.
- Solid understanding of the UAE regulatory environment and Central Bank protocols.
- Basic AML (Anti-Money Laundering) certifications, such as an ICA Certificate, are a significant advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive financial data.
- Excellent communication skills and the flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
- Candidates must be currently available in the UAE for face-to-face interviews.
