Andrologist – Dubai, UAE | Orchid IVF and Fertility Services

About the Role:

Orchid IVF and Fertility Services is expanding its multidisciplinary team in Dubai and is seeking a highly skilled Andrologist dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in reproductive medicine. This role focuses on male fertility diagnostics and advanced andrology procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform semen analysis, sperm preparation, and other advanced andrology procedures.
• Oversee male fertility diagnostics and contribute to individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with embryologists and fertility specialists for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain laboratory quality control standards and documentation in compliance with UAE regulations (DHA).

Requirements:

• Medical degree with specialization in Andrology, Urology, or Reproductive Medicine (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an IVF/Andrology lab (UAE experience preferred).
• DHA eligibility or license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong technical laboratory skills and understanding of male infertility.
