Salary: AED 5,000 to 6,000
Location: Sharjah, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing Excellence: Handle end-to-end customer invoicing, including complex re-invoicing procedures and the issuance of credit notes.
  • Portal Management: Professionally submit invoices and all mandatory supporting documentation via email and various specialized customer portals.
  • ERP Recordkeeping: Maintain meticulous financial records within the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics/AX), ensuring real-time data accuracy.
  • Collections & Disputes: Proactively track outstanding balances, lead dispute resolution processes, and provide support for timely collections.
  • Financial Adjustments: Manage the administrative processing of rebates, commissions, and customer discount adjustments.
  • Month-End Support: Contribute to the month-end closing cycle by preparing basic AR reports and reconciling customer ledgers.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable, specifically focused on high-volume invoicing and credit note management.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
  • Technical Proficiency: Essential familiarity with ERP systems; hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (AX) is highly advantageous.
  • Software Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.
  • Soft Skills: High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with regional internal teams.
