Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Arabic Teacher for Non-Native Speakers to join our academic team in Abu Dhabi for immediate joining. This role is fundamental to our curriculum framework, requiring a professional who can deliver structured language lessons and develop engaging lesson plans for management and academic review. You will be responsible for helping students build strong foundations in reading, writing, and communication while maintaining effective classroom management. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Arabic Pedagogy and official UAE equivalency. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured Arabic language lessons tailored specifically for non-native speakers across Abu Dhabi classrooms.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that support language acquisition to meet management engagement standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and academic staff regarding student progress, curriculum enhancement, and classroom management.
- Monitor student development and provide constructive feedback to foster a positive and continuous learning environment.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and educational software for efficient lesson delivery and progress tracking.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic or a closely related discipline (Same specialization is mandatory).
- Degree must be officially attested and hold a valid UAE equivalency certification.
- Prior professional experience teaching Arabic to non-native speakers is highly preferred within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of classroom environments, lesson planning, and student engagement.
- Professional background in education or training regarding linguistic acquisition for diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills with the immediate availability to join our professional team.
