Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Laboratory Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our clinical framework, requiring a professional who can oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure technical accuracy for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for monitoring quality control processes, managing inventory levels of reagents and consumables, and supporting internal audits. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure diagnostic efficiency and accuracy across our Dubai facility.
• Monitor quality control processes and validate the reliability of test results to meet management and DHA standards.
• Liaise with the Human Resources and technical teams regarding equipment calibration, inventory management, and staff adherence to protocols.
• Support regulatory audits and inspections by preparing necessary technical reports and documentation.
• Utilize digital Information Technology and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) for efficient data management, tracking, and reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a relevant academic discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a clinical laboratory specifically within the UAE.
• Strong background in management of laboratory operations, quality control, and inventory reagents.
• Professional background in education or training regarding laboratory protocols, safety standards, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a high attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving ability in a professional medical service environment.
