Job Description:

The Assistant Manager – Audit & Assurance will lead external audit engagements for financial services clients, supervise audit teams, ensure IFRS compliance, and manage stakeholder relationships under financial management in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage comprehensive external audit engagements for financial services and investment clients.
• Supervise field audit teams, review workpapers, and provide technical guidance throughout assignments.
• Build strong client relationships across Investment Funds, Asset Management, Fintech, Banking, and Insurance sectors.
• Ensure strict compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Prepare audit reports, financial statement disclosures, and manage regulatory reviews.

🔹 Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of progressive external audit experience within reputable audit firms.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA, or ACA) is preferred.
• Specialized auditing experience across Funds, Asset Management, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, or Brokerage sectors.
• Familiarity with UAE/GCC regulatory frameworks, including DIFC, ADGM, DFSA, or FSRA regulations.
• Strong leadership, analytical review, and client relationship management capabilities.
