Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Broker Management: Identify, vet, onboard, train, and provide hands-on coaching to assigned brokers to help them close deals and reach targets.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute a Route to Market (RTM) plan tailored to customer segments and broker types.
- Agent Initiatives: Run and leverage agent-focused initiatives (fly-ins, events) to drive sales across the assigned territory.
- Training: Train corporate brokers and their teams on using the company portal for inventory checks, deal closure, and payments.
- Contracting: Draft, negotiate, and ensure contracts align with business objectives.
- Reporting: Produce regular sales activity reports and submit daily activity updates during field visits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, broker relations, or channel partner management (ideally with a developer or banking sector).
- Valid UAE driving licence and access to own vehicle (Mandatory).
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Strong command of English; multilingual candidates (Arabic, German, French, Spanish) are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and B2B networking skills.
