Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and structured Assistant Manager – F&B Operations to join our professional hospitality operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a service professional who can deliver logistics precision for management and multi-outlet performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site execution workflows, organizing team rosters for event dispatches, updating vendor delivery metrics, archiving food safety documentation matrices, and executing precise service quality pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in F&B Team Leadership, Multi-Site Coordination, and Food Safety/HACCP Benchmarks and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive day-to-day outlet setups, service timelines, and physical site parameters to meet management and customer experience standards.
  • Support structural integrity in Dubai, reviewing food dispatch stages, tracking inventory alignments, and archiving operational compliance tracks with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department, executive culinary creators, logistics specialists, and corporate suppliers to facilitate professional organizational coordination of multi-site catering works.
  • Formulate clear staff shift indices, compile event delivery records, and manage immediate operational problem-solving routines to avoid site bottlenecks.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology suites and kitchen management systems to record material usage baselines, archive inspection sheets, and distribute communication updates across design hubs.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma, Degree, or Professional Certificate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or an aligned operational discipline is preferred.
  • Proven professional experience within the F&B, catering, hospitality, or large-scale event operations market is required.
  • Strong background in management of multi-tiered shift timelines, material allocation lists, and service performance metrics.
  • Professional background in education regarding culinary terminology, material specifications, local food safety regulatory processes, and professional team guidance.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities, with a collaborative approach to teamwork under tight, shifting event demands.
