Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager – Finance to oversee tax compliance and financial operations. This role is specifically designed for professionals with a robust UAE audit background who can independently navigate the complexities of VAT, Corporate Tax, and regional financial regulations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting while supporting our rapid scale-up.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end VAT filing processes and ensure 100% compliance with UAE FTA regulations.
- Handle all UAE Corporate Tax matters, providing hands-on expertise in calculations and submissions.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of UAE financial regulations to day-to-day business operations.
- Lead tax and audit support functions, utilizing experience from top-tier consulting or audit firms.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and fiscal discipline.
- Monitor changes in UAE tax laws and provide strategic advice to the Management team.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate seamless annual audits.
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven UAE-based professional experience is strictly mandatory.
- Prior background in a specialized consulting or audit firm is highly preferred.
- Expertise in VAT filing, FTA compliance, and hands-on experience with UAE Corporate Tax.
- Strong understanding of UAE taxation laws and general financial regulations.
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional certificate in Accounting or Finance.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on precision and regulatory adherence.
- Advanced proficiency in modern accounting software and financial modeling.
