Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled AV Technician to join our professional technical operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver hardware precision for management and field operation performance review. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining comprehensive audio visual setups, executing technical fault diagnostics, and supporting live operations across various locations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in LED Display Architecture, Sound System Configuration, and Technical Troubleshooting and a proactive approach to project delivery. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain audio visual systems to meet management and project benchmarks.
- Support structural integrity in Dubai, conducting field-based routine inspections and equipment maintenance with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, project staff, and technical coordinators to facilitate professional organizational coordination of on-site deployments.
- Isolate and resolve complex technical faults related to LED screens, sound systems, and multi-component AV hardware arrays in a timely manner.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and infrastructure frameworks to run system tests, update software configurations, and provide operational support during live events.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree, or Technical Certificate in Electronics, Audio Visual Technology, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in audio visual systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong background in management of field-based operations, LED display structures, and audio mixing hardware.
- Professional background in education regarding technical guidelines, safety procedures, and signal flow diagrams.
- A valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred for independent movement across site assignments.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, solve complex technical equations on-site, and thrive in a fast-paced Dubai project ecosystem.
